The box arrived all bent up and smashed, which was a little worrying. I just wish it had been packed or handled better so I could feel more confident that everything inside was okay.

I found what I needed quickly and the site was easy to get around. No weird glitches or anything, which was nice. I’m always a little wary of having to deal with customer service, so I’m glad I didn’t need to contact anyone.

My box showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but a few of the items weren’t the ones I had chosen. The refund took a few days to show up, so it wasn’t instant, but customer support did get back to me when I checked in. To me, that made the whole thing feel reliable enough. Overall, it was a good experience.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting something different, but this just didn’t feel worth the price to me.

I ordered from mintdbox.com and honestly... the shipping was SO slow!!! I kept checking the tracking like every day, and it seriously barely moved for days?? By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even really need it anymore, which was super frustrating. The product might be fine, I guess, but the wait was annoying!!! I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

My order from Mintdbox arrived in disappointing condition. The outer box was crushed like it had been tossed around, and there was hardly any padding inside to protect the items. A couple of the corners were bent, which made the whole thing feel a bit careless.
For the price I paid, I expected at least basic packaging standards. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but this didn’t seem properly packed from the start. Not planning to order again, and yeah, I’m annoyed about it.
